Registration Information

Registration for the 2016 Women Managing the Farm Conference will open in November.

The early bird registration fee for Women Managing the Farm Conference is $145 prior to January 21.  After that date, the registration fee will be $170.

Conference registration includes lunch on Thursday and Friday, breakfast on Friday, and refreshment breaks both days.

The following pre-conference events are also offered. There is no additional cost to attend these events, but pre-registration is required. These events will be held the afternoon of February 4. Event details can be found on the conference schedule.
  • Amazing Grazing II Workshop: Meat Processing and Marketing for Optimal Sales
  • Tour of Kansas State University Grain Science Complex

Registration Methods
  • Pre-registration is now closed. Walk-on registrations will be accepted at the conference, but handouts and meals cannot be guaranteed due to final counts required in advance.

Payment Methods
  • Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover accepted. Your credit card statement will show a payment to KSU Controller's Office IV.
  • Check - Payable to Kansas State University (FEIN 48-0771751)
  • Agency Purchase Order - Before submitting your registration to your business office for processing, please fax your registration form to conference registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the APO as soon as it is available.
Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so by January 26, 2015. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by January 26. To cancel or modify your registration, please send a request to with the subject line "Women Managing the Farm Conference." Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after January 26. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration by January 26 are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
