To cancel or modify your registration, please send a written request to email@example.com with the subject line "Women Managing the Farm Conference." Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after January 30. Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing by January 30 are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Women Managing the Farm and Kansas State University may cancel or postpone the conference because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Participants who need accommodations due to a disability or who have special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Debbie Hagenmaier, conference coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 785-532-2560 or 1-800-432-8222.
